Meet the Citiguard Key Staff
Irfan Awan (Business Owner) – Established Business Leader and Owner for 20 plus years and in the security industry. Irfan Incorporated Citiguard in 2013 and he has established himself and the business a respected and prominent statesman figure in all security sectors across industry which has enabled him in leading the Citiguard business to success.
Mat Cook (Managing Director) – Highly Experienced Visionary Leader who is very established in the industry over a 25 year + career managing a leading business’ successfully. Irfan appointed Mat in August of 2022, giving autonomy to enable Mat to fulfil the objectives and the vision for the future of Citiguard.
Aqsah Deen (HSSE Manager) – Joined Citiguard Security in September 2022. With previous years of HR experience, she is first point of contact for HR, H&S and Compliance. Aqsah has established herself in her role with a reputation for being diligent, and is relentless to ensure that Citiguard operates a Quality Management System that exceeds industry averages.
Kelly Mclaughlin (Accounts Manager) – Appointed in December 2022 as Kent Security and Citiguard Security Merged its Operational capacity. Kelly has 18 years’ experience in accounting complimented by her AAT qualifications, Kelly is equally experienced in the security sectors and industry, making her a valued asset to the ongoing success and development of the business.
Raji Patel (Credit Controller) – Appointed in September 2022, Raji fulfils the business critical functions in Accounts Admin, ensuring Credit Control functions are maintained.
Thomas Mclaughlin (Operations Manager) – Appointed Operations Manager in December 2022 again as a result of the merger of the two companies. Bring to the fore, many years’ experience in the security industry from guard level to senior operational management, Tom has made it his primary objective to ensure the Operational Quality of Service Delivery at Citiguard.
Ludmila Klymenko (Control Supervisor) – Since 2021 has fulfilled the predominant role and functions of a coordinator & conductor of the Citiguard Orchestra that enables us to provide resources across the business, a great communicator and a lust to establish relationships at levels, she is the person that bridges the gap in all areas of the business.
Hassan Azizali (MRO Supervisor) – 20+ years’ experience in the security industry across all sectors. Appointed Senior MRO in October 2022, with a mission to make continuous improvement to service delivery, supporting operational function but most specifically to establish excellence within the Mobile Response Team. He has established himself as a present and influential leader with his peers and with the Security Officer’s at site as much as with the clients that he has built good working relationships with.
