Meet the Citiguard Executive Team
Irfan Awan (Business Owner) – A highly experienced business leader with over 20 years in the security industry. Irfan established Citiguard in 2013 and has developed the company into a trusted and respected provider within the security sector. Through strategic leadership and a strong focus on service excellence, he continues to guide the organisation’s growth and long-term success.
Aqsah Deen (HSSE Manager) – Responsible for HR, Health & Safety, and Compliance functions within Citiguard Security. With prior HR experience, Aqsah serves as a key point of contact for all related matters. She is recognised for her diligence and commitment to maintaining high operational standards and ensuring the company’s Quality Management System consistently exceeds industry expectations.
Raji Patel (Credit Controller) – Responsible for managing credit control and supporting core accounts administration functions. Raji ensures the effective maintenance of credit processes and contributes to the smooth operation of financial controls across the business.
Fidaie Osmenaj (Accounts Assistant) – Supports the accounts administration function by assisting with day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate record keeping and efficient processing. Works closely with the credit control function to support the wider finance team.
Irshad Mehdi Syed (Operations Manager) – Oversees operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. Focused on developing and implementing effective processes, he ensures compliance with policies and procedures while supporting the achievement of organisational objectives.
Zonje Pashaj (Control Supervisor) – Responsible for overseeing control room operations, ensuring effective coordination of security personnel and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Focuses on operational efficiency and consistent service quality.
Laura Manu (Client Relationship Executive) – Focused on developing and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting business growth through new client acquisition and retention strategies.
Umar Awan (Business Development Manager) – Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and supporting the company’s growth strategy. Maintains and develops strong client relationships while contributing to revenue generation and long-term business development.
