Meet the Citiguard Executive Team

Irfan Awan (Business Owner) – Established Business Leader and Owner for 20 plus years and in the security industry. Irfan Incorporated Citiguard in 2013 and he has established himself and the business a respected and prominent statesman figure in all security sectors across industry which has enabled him in leading the Citiguard business to success. 

Aqsah Deen (HSSE Manager) – Joined Citiguard Security in September 2022. With previous years of HR experience, she is first point of contact for HR, H&S and Compliance. Aqsah has established herself in her role with a reputation for being diligent, and is relentless to ensure that Citiguard operates a Quality Management System that exceeds industry averages.

Raji Patel (Credit Controller) – Appointed in September 2022, Raji fulfils the business critical functions in Accounts Admin, ensuring Credit Control functions are maintained.

Chrirag Sunilkant (Accounts Manager) – Appointed in May 2023 as a Credit Controller and worked alongside with Raji Patel to fulfil the business critical functions in Accounts Admin, ensuring Credit Control functions are maintained.He since has been promoted to Accounts Manager as he has shown the capability to progress in the company.  

Hasnain Malik (Control Supervisor) – Joined Citiguard Security in August 2024 as our new Control Supervisor. Hasnain will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our control room, ensuring efficient coordination of security personnel, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Irshad Mehdi Syed (Operations Manager) – With 3 years of industrious experience, Irshad has recently been appointed in February 2024 as Operations Support to ensure continuous improvement processes and policies in support of organisational goals. He will be implementing strategies for performance management and improvement. And will monitor adherence to regulations, policy and procedures.
